This course is meticulously crafted for the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification exam. It covers the essential topics needed to excel in your exam—the foundational certification in the AWS ecosystem. The four key focus areas are:

Prior experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is not required. While some basic knowledge of operating systems and laptop components (like memory, hard drives, or processors) can be helpful, it isn’t essential.

Course Structure

The course is organized into eight comprehensive sections along with two assessments to ensure your understanding and progress:
  1. Introduction: Here, you’ll learn about the course objectives, structure, and context. A pre-assessment is provided to establish your starting point.
It is highly recommended to take the pre-assessment. Even if you perform well, it may highlight areas where further focus is needed.
  1. Cloud Computing:
    Explore cloud economics, design principles, and a variety of deployment models (private, public, or hybrid). This section also explains the six key benefits of cloud computing, including global scalability and enhanced business agility.

    Gain a solid understanding of AWS security fundamentals. This section covers the shared responsibility model and effective identity access management techniques, ensuring you know how to secure your AWS resources.

The pre-assessment is optional but recommended for self-evaluation, while the post-assessment should ideally reach a score of over 90% after the course. Both assessments mirror the actual exam format—with 65 questions to be answered within 90 minutes.
